Description
This flatbed semi-trailer is an open-deck platform for containers and general project cargo. Twist locks can be positioned for 20ft, 40ft and 45ft boxes, so one trailer covers the mix of container sizes you actually move, and the clear deck lets cranes, forklifts and terminal equipment work without obstruction.
The main beam is fabricated with 10 mm top and bottom plates and an 8 mm middle plate at a 500 mm section height, and the platform plate is 3.0 mm steel. That frame is what carries the load, so the sizes and the plate thickness are the first thing we confirm with you.
Configuration stays open: two, three or four axles; Fengbao, FUWA or BPW axle sets; mechanical leaf spring or air suspension; 12R22.5 tubeless tyres on 9.0-22.5 rims; and a 2 in or 3.5 in king pin, bolt-in or welded. Braking uses a WABCO RE6 relay valve with T30/30 spring brake chambers and 40 L air tanks, and ABS can be added on request.
Every chassis is shot blasted, primed once and finished with two top coats. Each unit ships with a tool box, spare tyre carrier, crank and shaft head wrench.
