Factory

From Steel Plate to Finished Trailer

Four production stages under one roof. Every order is built against the specification sheet you approve, then checked and photographed before it leaves the yard.

01

Cutting & forming

Plates and profiles are cut on the CNC table and formed before welding, so the frame dimensions match the approved drawing.

02

Frame welding

Main beams are welded by qualified welders, with the cross members positioned to the payload you declared.

Quality

Built to Survive Bad Roads and Heavy Loads

Heavy-haul buyers judge a trailer by how it looks after three years of work. These are the three things we refuse to compromise on.

01

Chassis & Welding

Main beams welded by qualified welders, cross members positioned to your payload target, and stress points reinforced where routes are rough.

02

Paint & Anti-Corrosion

Shot blasting before painting, two top coats over primer, and marine-grade treatment for coastal and humid markets.

03

Pre-Shipment Check

How to order a trailer

Five steps from your first message to a sealed container.

  1. Send your requirement. Trailer type, the load you carry, your destination port and the quantity. A drawing, a photo of a similar unit or a plain message all work.
  2. Get a drawing and a quotation. We reply with a specification sheet, the price, the lead time and a loading plan — normally within two working hours on a business day.
  3. Confirm the specification. We agree axle brand and count, suspension, tyre size, main beam section, paint colour and markings, then issue a proforma invoice. A 30% deposit starts production.
  4. Follow production. We send photos and video at cutting, welding, shot blasting, painting and final assembly. You can inspect live by video call or visit the factory.
  5. Ship and hand over. The trailer is loaded and sealed — CKD or SKD in containers, or in one piece where that is cheaper — and we send loading photos, the packing list and the shipping documents.

Where our trailers are working

Working across 60+ export markets — including these eight.

  • Africa — Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana. Mostly 3 and 4 axle flatbed and skeletal units with reinforced beams for long-distance haulage on mixed road surfaces.
  • South America — Chile, Venezuela. Mainly lowbed and heavy haul configurations for plant and machinery transport.
  • Central Asia — Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan. Trailers specified for cold-weather operation and rail-linked container work.

Because every trailer is built to order, the specification is matched to the road you drive and the load you carry, not chosen from a fixed catalogue. Tell us the route and the payload and we will recommend the axle, suspension and beam configuration before you commit.

Questions buyers ask

The five things buyers raise most often before placing a first order.

  • What is the minimum order? One unit. We ship single trailers to first-time buyers, and better pricing applies from five or ten units upward.
  • Which axle brands and counts can I specify? Fengbao, FUWA and BPW axle sets, in two, three, four or five axle configurations depending on the model, with mechanical leaf spring or air suspension.
  • Can the trailer be built for my road conditions? Yes — main beam section and plate thickness, tyre and rim size, suspension type and ABS are all specified against the road and the load rather than fixed in advance.
  • How is the trailer shipped? Most orders go CKD or SKD in 40HQ containers to keep ocean freight per unit down. Where a trailer ships more cheaply in one piece, we say so in the quotation.
  • Will spare parts be available after delivery? Yes. We supply wearing parts and replacement components after delivery, and our export team stays with the order through shipping and commissioning.
