China-based semi-trailer manufacturer and exporter since 2005
Shandong Enxin Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. designs and builds semi-trailers at our own factory in Shandong, China. We have been manufacturing trailers since 2005, and today we produce nine trailer families for distributors, fleet owners and project contractors who buy direct from the factory rather than through a trading intermediary.
Every trailer is built to order. That means the axle brand, axle count, suspension type, tyre size, king pin, side height, paint colour and markings are all confirmed against the load you carry and the roads you run on before production starts — not chosen from a fixed catalogue.

What we build
Nine trailer families cover most of the loads our customers move. Each one can be adapted to a different axle count, payload target and local road regulation without changing the underlying design.
- Flatbed and side wall semi trailers — open deck platforms for 20ft, 40ft and 45ft containers, steel, timber, pipes and general project cargo.
- Skeletal container semi trailers — container chassis built on a 500 mm I-beam for port and inland container haulage.
- Rear dump (tipper) semi trailers — 25 to 35 CBM tipping bodies for sand, gravel, ore, coal and construction spoil.
- Side dump semi trailers — discharge beside the deck instead of the rear, for mining benches and sites with tight access.
- Lowbed semi trailers — low-platform heavy haul units for excavators, dozers and oversized plant.
- Fence and livestock semi trailers — open-fenced decks that keep air moving through livestock and fresh produce.
- Mixing semi trailers — 12 to 18 CBM concrete drums with a 12 to 20 rpm mixing drive.
- Car carrier semi trailers — double-deck transporters for 7 to 10 passenger cars with a hydraulic lifting platform.
- Stake and box semi trailers — stake-sided and enclosed bodies for bagged and palletised cargo.
Our factory and how a trailer is built
Cutting, welding, shot blasting, painting and final assembly all happen inside one facility, so a trailer never leaves our works for a subcontracted process and returns with an unverified finish.
Main beams are fabricated from T700 or T750 high-strength steel with a reinforcing plate at the gooseneck, three secondary beams on each side and high-density C-W support rods. Welding is completed as full welds rather than stitch welds, and every chassis is shot blasted, primed and finished with two top coats before final assembly.
Running gear — axles, suspension, brakes, landing gear and king pin — is fitted to the specification agreed with you. We work with Fengbao, FUWA, BPW, JOST and WABCO components, and can supply ABS, air suspension and electric tarpaulin where the route or the load calls for them.
Certifications and testing
We publish only the certifications we actually hold, and we are happy to send a scan or a verification reference for any of them on request.
- CCC (China Compulsory Certification) — certificate number 2023011101544385.
- ISO 9001 quality management system — quality management certification covering the manufacturing process.
- Alibaba factory audit report — an on-site factory inspection carried out for our Alibaba.com storefront.
- Independent third-party test report — a third-party inspection report covering the built trailer, available on request.
Where our trailers are working
Our trailers are in service in more than 60 export markets; these eight are among them. The list below is not a marketing claim — it reflects where we have shipped and where customers are running our equipment today.
| Africa | Tanzania · Kenya · Nigeria · Ghana |
|---|---|
| South America | Chile · Venezuela |
| Central Asia | Uzbekistan · Kazakhstan |
Different markets need different specifications. Customers in Tanzania and Kenya typically order 3 or 4 axle flatbed and skeletal units with reinforced beams for long-distance haulage on mixed road surfaces. Nigerian and Ghanaian buyers more often take dump and tipper configurations for construction and mining work. Chile and Venezuela orders lean towards lowbed and heavy haul units, while Uzbek and Kazakh customers usually specify trailers adapted for cold-weather operation and rail-linked container work.
Because we build to order, we can also advise on the specification that suits your route before you commit — tell us the load, the road and the destination port and we will come back with a specification sheet.
How to order
Five steps: send your requirement, receive a specification sheet and quotation within two working hours, confirm the specification and pay a 30% deposit, follow production through photos and video, and take delivery. See the full ordering process.
Common questions about working with us
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. We regularly ship single trailers to first-time buyers, and better pricing applies from five or ten units upward.
Can you build to my own specification?
Yes — that is the normal way we work. Axle brand and count, suspension, tyre and rim size, main beam section, side height, king pin type, ABS, tarpaulin, colour and logo can all be specified. Send us the requirement and we will confirm what is practical and what it costs.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We manufacture at our own plant in Shandong and handle the export ourselves. You are welcome to visit the factory at any time, or to arrange a live video inspection of the production line.
How long does production take?
Common configurations run about 10 to 15 days for one unit, and about 25 to 40 days for ten or more. Exact timings are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.
How is the trailer packed for shipping?
Most orders ship CKD or SKD in 40HQ containers, which keeps ocean freight per unit low. Where the trailer can travel more cheaply in one piece, we will tell you so in the quotation.
How do I verify quality before shipment?
We send photos and video through production, and a pre-shipment inspection covering dimensions, braking, lights and torque values before the container is sealed. You can also appoint a third-party inspection company or use an independent test report.
If your question is not answered here, send us the details of your load and we will answer it directly.
