Description

This rear dump semi-trailer is built for bulk material that has to be tipped and gone: sand, gravel, ore, coal and construction spoil. The body takes 25 to 35 CBM depending on the size you specify, and the hydraulic system lifts fast to keep cycle times down and cut labour cost per tonne.

The chassis uses a Q345 high-tensile I-beam welded by automatic submerged arc processes, with a 12 mm x 140 mm upper flange, an 8 mm middle flange and a 12 mm x 140 mm lower flange at a 500 mm section height. The body floor and side walls follow the same heavy-duty logic, and the body size and load rating are tailored to what you actually haul.

Two, three or four axles are available, with Fengbao, FUWA, BPW or ZY axle sets, mechanical or air suspension, 12R22.5 tyres and a two-speed 28 t landing gear. Braking is a WABCO RE6 relay valve with T30/30 spring brake chambers and 40 L air tanks, with ABS optional. An electric tarpaulin is fitted.
