Description

This four-axle U-shape rear dump trailer is aimed at the heaviest end of bulk haulage – rock, ore and overburden in mining and quarry work – where the frame has to survive extreme loads without deforming. The main beam is Q345B high-tensile steel, formed by automatic submerged arc welding, with a 16 mm upper plate, a 10 mm middle web and an 18 mm lower plate for vertical stiffness.

The U-shape body empties more cleanly than a flat-sided box, and the tipper runs a genuine HYVA hydraulic lifting system for faster lifting speed and a higher safety margin, with hydraulic spares available through the global HYVA network.

Two, three or four axle configurations are offered with Fuhua, Fengbao, FUWA or BPW axle sets, plus mechanical or air suspension, 12R22.5 tyres, a 2 in or 3.5 in king pin and an electric tarpaulin. The cargo box size and load rating are tailored to your site.
