Description
In short: A 5 axle livestock fence semi trailer with a 15,000 mm body and a 60,000 kg payload. The sides are solid steel panels to the waistline with an open lattice above, so the load stays contained while air keeps moving through it.
That body is the working part. Cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry all need airflow on a long run, and a closed box does not give it; a fully open frame does not hold a load either. The solid lower panel and the lattice above split the difference, and the fence height is set for the animal you carry.
Five axles are what make 60 t practical on a 15 m body. Each extra axle set takes a share of the loaded weight, which lowers the load on every tyre — the difference between a legal load and an overload where an axle limit or a soft haul road applies.
The floor is 3 mm or 4 mm diamond plate, so the trailer takes a forklift as readily as it takes hooves. The fence is removable: with it off, the same trailer works as a standard side wall or flatbed unit for grain, sand and building materials.
Key facts
- 15,000 mm body, high side walls: solid panels below, open lattice above
- 60,000 kg payload on five axles
- 12R22.5 tyres and 28 t landing gear
- 3 mm or 4 mm diamond-plate floor
- Removable fence — converts to sidewall or flatbed
What the fence height changes
Fence height is the variable that decides what the trailer is good for. A taller fence holds bulk cargo and more animals per metre; a shorter one is easier to load from the side and lighter. It is set at order rather than fixed by the model, so two units of the same length can leave the works with different sides.

Every unit is built to order, so a few questions come up before almost every order: how to get a quotation, building to your specification, production lead times and how trailers are packed for shipping.
